This cart is so easy to handle, and I’ve used it in various ways: at home and while away. I recommend the PlacidEase Cart to anyone. I love mine.
I like how these bags fit perfectly into the shopper cart and the one insulated bag. However, it appears my regular reusable grocery bags would have fit just fine. It’s the insulated one that I only needed. With all that said, I haven’t used any of it yet – bags or cart. It’s a good mile to my local store, downhill going and uphill coming back and it’s simply too hot in this So Calif heat to walk it. Until then I’m getting delivery.
I’m truly enjoying my shopping cart. I love how lightweight it is, and the ease of expanding and folding it. I appreciate that the PlacidEase cart doesn’t look like a walker, but rather, something cute and hip with that wrapped leather handle. I’ve enjoyed walking it over to my local supermarkets, and feel like a celeb traversing the aisles with it – lol. Easy maneuvering in narrow aisles too. The deep basket holds a surprising amount of stuff! Haven’t received any comments from people, but the curious looks are plentiful! It’s a fabulous little cart, thoughtfully put together, and it certainly has made the monotony of food shopping soooo much more pleasant – and easy on my back. If there is one, small caveat to mention about my overall experience it would be this: my city streets are uneven and often jagged, and the Placidease, unfortunately, will come to an abrupt (unexpected) stop, its front wheels often caught in the bumps and cracks of the pavement. Although I’m mentioning this, I take issue with my neglected city streets, not the Strolee (although monster-sized wheels might help!) Truly, though, I am very happy with this purchase – no regrets!!
Great shopping cart. Very happy with the product but wanted to purchase the 3 Pack (1 Insulated & 2 Non Insulated Organizer Bags) and PlacidEase Bag but they are continually out of stock. I’ve signed up for email notifications when they are available but frustrated that I need to wait.
As a woman in her 70ties, I was always grabbing a cart that had one non working wheel. It dove me crazy!! Now I zip around tight spaces and have my bags set up to carry in my home. The main compartment was too heavy to lift with all my groceries. Now I can carry a bag or two in at a time. I’ve actually received compliments. I don’t think it would be helpful for a big family’s weekly shopping, but for me it’s perfect!!
