What Makes Muravai So Special?
The shower head is great. I loved the pressure and the different settings it has but, about a week ago I went to take a shower and it was literally laying on my shower floor. Everything was attached correct, but it seems like I may have a faulty kit as the plastic in the shower line dislodged itself. This is super upsetting as I really did like the product, I would be grateful if the seller could replace it.Update: 01/07/2025, after this review I am thankful for the company reaching out to me. They are excellent in terms of replacing products that have faulty components. I received a replacement shower head and have not had any issues with the new one. Would definitely recommend purchasing this one.
This shower head is way better than I expected. It is SUPER easy to install and with the extra plumbing tape it makes it that much easier. I have poor water pressure but with this thing, you would’ve never known. The 3 spray options are very nice and each one is a consistent spray, although I’d like to have a few more different options. I’ve had noisy shower heads before but this one is quiet and doesn’t leak at all (as long as you install it right). The hose length is perfect, not too short and not too long, and super flexible. I’m also almost 6 ft. tall so the adjustable ball joint was a lifesaver. The button to stop water flow is also a nice touch and very easy to push. I have hard water and am usually stuck with a lot of calcium build up but the extra filtration works well against that. Overall, a great option when it comes to shower heads.
Awesome customer service. My product was missing a part of the shower head and they solved the problem by providing me a new one. After receiving and installing the shower, it work great, good spray quality, long tube, and light weight.
When I first moved into my new apartment the shower head here sucked. I had no water pressure and it barely moved. Wanted to upgrade and seen this online and it checked all my boxes! Definitely increased my water pressure and with the removable head it makes everything so easy. Seriously one of my best purchases.
I bought one just to try it out. I put it in the main bathroom. The 16 year old daughter uses that bathroom primarily and raved about the shower head. Her 15 year old sister started using that bathroom and also raved about this shower head. The 15 year old is a blondie and says that the chlorine free water is better for her hair’s color and health. I had to buy two more shower heads to put in the other bathrooms in our house to avoid conflict in the home with everyone trying to use the same shower. I was initially skeptical about the water streams as they seemed narrow and needle like. But after using it I found the water streams to be comfortable. There is a reduction in flow because of the filtering but it does increase the pressure so you don’t notice it quite as much. You’re still able to get done what you need to in a timely manner without having to run around inside the shower trying to get wet or rinse off. The one part is pretty handy for giving the dog a bath as well.
